Privacy Policy for Virus Mutation

Virus Mutation is developed by Parth Manhas (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.

Information stored on your device

The game stores information locally to save your progress and preferences, including:

• Completed levels, medals and collected specimens.
• Credit balance, rewarded-ad credit records, unlocked worlds, hints and skipped levels.
• Language, sound and motion settings.

The game does not require an account. We do not operate a cloud-save service or receive your saved game progress on our own servers. Your device’s backup services may back up app data according to your device settings.

Advertising and automatically collected information

Virus Mutation uses Google AdMob to display interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements.

Google’s advertising SDK collects and shares information that may include:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate approximate location.
• Device identifiers, such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID.
• App and advertising interactions, such as app launches, taps and video views.
• Diagnostic information, such as app launch time, responsiveness and energy usage.

Google uses this information to deliver and measure advertising, perform analytics, and prevent fraud and abuse. Advertising may be personalized depending on your choices, region and applicable requirements.

Advertising choices

Where required, the game presents Google’s consent options. When available, you can revisit these choices through Settings → Ad privacy.

You can also manage your advertising identifier through your Android device’s privacy or advertising settings. Available controls vary by Android version.

Choosing non-personalized ads does not necessarily stop all data collection. Information may still be processed to deliver ads, measure performance and prevent fraud.

Watching a rewarded advertisement is optional. If you complete an eligible ad, the game records the credit reward locally.

Purchases

Real-money credit purchases are currently disabled. The game does not currently collect payment card or bank-account information or send purchase receipts to a developer-operated verification service.

We will update this policy before enabling purchases that introduce additional data processing.

Information you send to us

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and any information you include. We use it to respond to your request, provide support and resolve issues. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Sharing and service providers

Information collected through AdMob is processed by Google and its advertising service providers as described in Google’s policies. Email communications are processed through our email provider.

We may disclose information we hold when necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to a lawful request, or protect against fraud, abuse or security threats.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared or removed. You can clear it through Android’s app storage settings. Clearing app data may permanently remove your progress, credits and unlocks. Device backups may retain copies under your backup settings.

We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve requests and meet applicable legal obligations.

Google determines retention of information processed through its advertising services under its policies. Clearing the game’s local data does not delete information already processed by Google.

To ask about information held by us or request its deletion, email parthmanhas@gmail.com. We may need sufficient information to identify your correspondence. Requests concerning information controlled by Google can also be made through Google’s privacy controls.

Security

Google states that information collected by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

The game contains advertising. Parents or guardians who have concerns about information relating to a child should contact parthmanhas@gmail.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action concerning information within our control.

International processing and privacy rights

Google and our email provider may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their policies and applicable safeguards.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also have the right to contact your local data-protection authority.

Contact us to exercise rights concerning information we hold. Advertising consent can be managed through the available in-game privacy controls.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The updated version will show a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
